will be licensed to companies that build **artificial intelligence**. They will use it to
**train computer models** — including models that can generate video, images and speech.

By signing, you agree that:

1. Texa may record your **image, your face, your voice and the way you speak**.
2. Texa may **licence and sell** those recordings to other companies, anywhere in the world,
   with no time limit.
3. Those companies may **use the recordings to train artificial-intelligence models**,
   including models that can create new video, images or speech.
4. You will not be paid again each time the recording is used. You are being paid once, now.
5. You are not giving up ownership of anything you own. You are giving permission.

## Your rights
