Masters in original format, with the record attached.
Nothing is recompressed for delivery. Transcode, segmentation and annotation targets are set by the buyer, against the buyer's pipeline.

| Transcripts | Human-verified, produced against the licensed set. Machine-only transcripts are never supplied as verified. |
| Metadata | JSON sidecar per asset: technical probe, scene taxonomy, language and register, rights state, consent basis, permitted-use scope. |
| Transfer | Direct object-storage handoff, buyer-side bucket, or physical media for archive volumes. |
| Licence scope | Training, fine-tuning, evaluation and benchmarking. No public exhibition, redistribution or consumer entertainment. No NIL or voice duplication. |

Every file ships with its provenance.
This is the sidecar structure. Rights fields are populated per asset, and the underlying instrument is producible for any single item.
